Humanloop Australia provides AI automation and consultancy services including:
- • AI-powered search advertising management
- • Automated content generation
- • Custom AI application development
- • Lead management and automation systems
- • AI strategy consulting
3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Australian and international laws.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data provided to our AI systems.
4. Payment Terms
- • All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
- • Payment is due in advance for subscription services
- • Custom projects require payment as per individual agreements
- • Late payment may result in service suspension
- • All prices include GST where applicable
5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, software, and methodologies remain with Humanloop Australia Pty Ltd.
5.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of your data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability, however:
- • Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
- • We do not guarantee 100% uptime
- • Third-party service dependencies may affect availability
- • We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance
7. Limitation of Liability
Important Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Humanloop Australia Pty Ltd's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We exclude all warranties and conditions except those that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupplying the services.
8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Prepaid fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activities.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our service. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
